Create an article

Open the Site Editor and add a new article. Give it a clear title that describes the question or task the article answers.

Write useful content

Start with a short explanation of what the reader will accomplish. Use headings to separate topics, numbered steps for instructions, and links where readers may need more detail. Keep each section focused and use the words your customers are likely to search for.

Preview and publish

Preview the article to check its structure, links, and readability. When it is ready, publish your changes to make the article available in your help center.
